From an idea to an actual stage.
I co-founded and led TEDxUCC Youth at Upper Canada College with Porter Riopelle. Getting it off the ground meant securing the licence, recruiting and coaching speakers, refining scripts, publicity and sponsorship outreach, and working with the production team and tech crew to put on the event.
I learned that getting people and logistics to work together is its own kind of building.

- Co-founded with Porter Riopelle; a student team and school staff.

What changed
- The speakers are the product. Everything else is keeping things from getting between them and the audience.
